Hamburger vs Leverkusen
|In this Bundesliga fixture HSV
will host Bayer Leverkusen.HSV are 17th with 13 points. They left for
winter break on a high note, losing only one
out of six games. That means that they
collected 11 out od their total 16 points in
their last six games prior to break. However.
after coming back in January, they lost both
games. It has to be said that both of those
games were on the road, even though they
were probably hoping to get something out
of their visit to Ingolstad last week.
|They lost that game convincingly 3:1, managing only to get on the scoresheet after the game was practically over. For this game they will be without injured Lasogga and suspended Sakai.
Bayer are 9th with 24 points. After coming back from the break, they beat Hertha at home 3:1. After that they hosted Monchengladbach, who collected only 2 points and scored 3 goals on the road. It all started good for Bayer, and by the 34th minute they were 2:0. It has to be said, however, that Monchengladbach looked like a better team, and both Bayer’s goals came after set pieces. In the second half there was only one team on the pitch – Monchengladbach. Bayer looked all out of sorts and by the 71st minute the visitors completely turned around the game and went 3:2 up. After that Bayer tried to score, but they never looked like a team which can come back. They will be without their two best players – Chicharito who picked up an injury in training, and Calhanoglu who is suspended for 4 months by FIFA because of complications with Trabzonspor contract six years ago.
This will be HSV’s first home game in 2017, and they will be determined to put up a good performance. Bayer are coming after unbeliveable loss, and without their two best players. Bayer are favourites, but only slight in my opinnion. Both teams are capable of scoring anytime anywhere, and both teams are defensively shaky. Therefore, in this situation when both teams have the right to expect points from the game, I think it’s only logical going with both teams to score and over 2.5 goals. This should be an open game, and I trust both teams to show what they got

West Ham vs Man. City
|West Ham are looking to home comforts to
try and progress to the next stage of the
competition as their primary way of
progressing to Europe for next season,
as they have already been knocked out
of the League Cup and are sitting deep
in 13th in the table. West Ham were
battling with 10 men for 75 minutes in
their last game against Manchester United
losing 2-0 after keeping the game
extremely tight for 63 minutes with
that man short.
|The Hammers will now look now to their key players Payet, Antonio, Carroll and Ayew to help them get through a leaky Manchester City team who have been shipping goals for fun.
Manchester City have been struggling in recent weeks, with Pep Guardiola failing to understand where his side will start turning in performances that can help them win convincingly like they did in the early part of the season. The Manchester City defense has been the leaky one for them where they have kept a clean sheet in only 3 games out of 16 away games o far this season in all competitions. With the suspension of Fernandinho and the injury to Gundogan; we might see Yaya Toure and Fernando come into play a double pivot defensive role tonight. Attacking strength will lie in the usual suspects, but I expect Nolito and Navas to get a start along with Aguero as the front 3 attacking players. City have been in good scoring touch, only not scoring in 4 games all campaign.
In the last 3 meetings between the 2 sides, including one this season, we have seen the games having 2 goals+ and both teams finding the back of the net. I expect more of the same today, and backing Over 2.5 goals and Both teams to score.

ENGLAND: FA Cup
Romania vs Poland
|After three matches played in these
qualifications, we can say that Romania
is very close to disappoint this time. It’s
actually just a continuation of their
performance at EURO 2016, where
the team actually had two decent
matches, but suffered defeat to
Albania and got excluded from
further competition, something
that their fans didn’t expect after
two quite positive performances.
|They started these qualifiers with a draw at home against Montenegro 1:1, which isn’t completely satisfying result but could be barebale in case they won next two matches. Howevever even though the team took a three pointer away to Armenia with a 5:0 result, they quickly disappointed again with a goalless draw against Kazakhstan away from home in the last game played. Home side had more of the ball possession, Romanians were more concrete but not enough to deserve the three pointer.
In comparison to previous matches, Romanians won’t be counting at defender Razvan Rat (113/2), midfielder Gabriel Torje (54/11), Mihai Pintilli (33/1) and Lucian Sanmartean (21/0) who retired from national team out of more known players. After a bit sluggish start in the first round when the team took only a point in a 2:2 draw away from home against Kazakhstan (despite that they had 2:0 lead after the first halftime), the team went on and got two important victories, at home over Denmark 3:2 which is surely important victory against a strong opponent, but also used in order to boost their morale.
Finally, the last game they played, was a bit more difficult reached victory than what was expected, since they only managed to take a narrow three pointer at home against Armenia with a 2:1 result. It was a game where the Polish side dominated a lot, from the first minute and even had a man more on the field since 30th minute, but couldn’t convert chances easily into goals. All three were scored in the second halftime, with Polish taking the lead in 48th via an own goal, while the Armenians leveled up just two minutes late via Pizzelli. Five minutes into the additional time they reached the victory with a goal from Lewandowski, but it needs to be said that the victory was more than deserved.
Polish side won’t be counting at defenders Maciej Rybys (44/2), Jakub Wawrzyniak (49/1), midfielder Sebastian Mila (38/8) and forward Arkadiusz Milik (33/11), out of more known players.
Draw can’t be excluded here, but I can’t see a home victory here. In my eyes, Polish side is with a better quality, coming in way better momentum looking at both sides and one thing is sure, they do score goals way more easier than the Romanians.

Chapecoense VS Sport Recife
|Chapecoense SC – Sport Recife:
It’s time for Chapecoens to think
about the season, seriously.
They’re not so smooth in the
championship, relegation zone
is far only 5 points, Internacional
has 33 points, Chapecoense 38.
Cruzeiro and Internacional won
important games, so are more
near now.Mistake was to give
more importance on
Copa Sudamericana leaving
|Chapecoense is on crisis with 1 draw and 3 defeats in a row, victory against Sport Recife is fundamental to keep off relegation zone.
Chapecoense have all best players, like Rafael Bastos who wants to come back scoring and Alan Ruschel who come back playing after a long injury.
Chapecoense put the tickets with a lower price, so to have more people seeing this game.
Sport Recife is the worst team of the league, they made a draw against Sao Paolo in a lucky way and they have 34 points.
It’s a salvation game !
Striker Rodney Wallace is doubtful
Oswaldo de Oliveira choose this players:
Magrão; Xavier Samuel, Matheus Ferraz, Ronaldo Alves e Rodney Wallace (Rene); Francisco Rithely, Paulo Roberto, Diego Souza, Gabriel Xavier ed Everton Felipe; Rogério.
Chapecoense can win this game, everyone is expecting for the victory, stadium will be full.
I bet on home team win.

Middlesbrough vs Reading
|In this English Championship match we
have Middlesbrough hosting Reading
at the Riverside Stadium with Boro
having an excellent chance of hitting
top spot at the expense of Burnley.
The home side have been in great form
of late after a slight wobble that saw
them winless in 5 consecutive games.
They responded to this by picking up
7 wins from their next 10 matches
while currently on an impressive
4 game winning streak.
|Impressive because they have beaten some quality teams such as promotion chasing Hull City, a rejuvenated Queens Park Rangers side and an improving Preston North End team. At home they are the best side in the league with only 2 losses all season and only the one loss since a 1-0 defeat at the start of the season against Bristol City. In total only 5 teams have come away from the Riverside with any points!
Manager Karanka will welcome back James Husbands from his successful loan spell at Huddersfield Town and has stated he may start for boro due to the busy schedule Championship sides face at this time of the season. This may mean Tomas Kalas, Adam Clayton and Jordan Rhodes could all return to the starting line-up to face Reading.
Reading on the other hand have had an inconsistent season. They have been a decent home side with only 4 defeats this season but their away form really lets them down. With 11 defeats from 19, it is only their home form that is saving the Royals from a relegation battle. Surprisingly they have only 2 away wins since September 2015 and they were against the sides 23rd and 24th in the league, Charlton Athletic and Bolton Wanderers. With only 2 draws to go with their 2 wins since an impressive 2-1 win over Burnley they have since picked up just 8 points from their last 18 away games.
Reading simply lack quality, they don’t quite have the players they did when they were Premiership bound or even sniffing around the play-offs. Reading’s season is now over whereas Middlesbrough still have everything to play for so should be much more motivated for this game.

Lokomotiv M. vs Fenerbahce
|Lokomotiv Moscow certainly looked
like a team that hadn’t played a
competitive football match for ten
weeks last Thursday. Fenerbahce
dominated the game in Turkey
and made their dominance count
with two goals from Souza.
This makes things very difficult
for the Russians going into the
2nd leg, with them needing to
turn over a two goal deficit,
and it’s made even worse
by the fact that they don’t
have an away goal.
|Fenerbahce played out a goalless draw at Bursaspor at the weekend, with them missing out on the opportunity to leapfrog Besiktas at the top of the Turkish Super Liga. A failure to score is a rarity for this talented Fenerbahce side though, and they will be confident that they can get on the scoresheet in Russia with the likes of Robin van Persie, Nani, and Souza in the team. My pick is over 2.5|

Evian vs Metz
|Two performers of previous round will face
here, but the teams are fighting for
different goals.Evian will try to climb in
table out of relegation spots, while
Metz will try to catch 3rd spot, taking
in consideration Clermont will have a
difficult task this round away
at leader Nancy.Evian profited by bad
shape of Niort who didn’t scored in
last 2 games. They scored 3 times
on the road, which is a big achieve
this season, 2 of those
scored by counter.
|Niort were in charge by the most of the game but Evian were fresher and clinical in front of the goal. Fully deserved win for Evian. Appindangoye is suspended.
Metz starter in great style the game against poor Creteil. Plenty of opportunities in first half by Creteil GK made an incredible game. Then in 39th mins Metz GK made a stupid mistake send the ball direct in Andriatsima legs and the ball gone directly in the goal. (In my earlies year I’ve played as GK for Metalul Plopeni. I must admit I ‘ve made plenty of mistakes in my “long” carrier but come on, none as Didillon lol). Metz Gk must fully thanks to new Metz striker Bekamenga who scored his first 2 goals at Metz. Is clear ..Bekamenga has special relation with his coach Hinschberger (these two are know very good each other Bekamenga having a great season under Hinschberger when both were at Laval couple of years ago). So I expect another explosion from Cameroun striker in this finish of the season.
Evian were very inconstant these season as Metz was. So difficult to predict here an outcome but I presume the stalemate is in cards.

Levante vs Las Palmas
|Funny schedule for Las Palmas … They
played today in the spanish cup, the
next match will be this one, monday, and
the second leg of the cup will be the
wednesday with just a day off for them.
Knowing that Las Palmas has chances
to qualify after the positive draw in
Valencia so I expect them trying it.
That said, this match could be
dangerous for them.Levante playing
at home and against a team that
should be fighting for the same
goals than them … must win!
| In normal conditions I would probably take Levante but in this situation, I have no choice because Levante is a must take.
Las Palmas rested a lot of players in the cup, starting non regulars like Valeron, Wakaso, Lizoain, Nili … but they had regular starters like David Simon, Araujo, Castellanos, Aytami or Vicente. There is one of the big problems now for them, Vicente got injured and we will see what Setien does to overcome that big missing.
Levante won the last match at home and now the things are a little bit better for them. Deyverson is finally expected in the starting rotation instead the fatty Ghilas, they signed Cuero that has to step forward sooner or later and the team is motivated.
I think that we have here a good chance to take the home side.

Sevilla vs Espanyol
|This fixture is one of those in Spain
that almost always guarantees goals.
Added to that Espanyol have a very
offensive coach.Espanyol have seen
at least 3 goals in 6/8 away games
this season, no surprise they’re
without an away clean sheet so far.
In that run they conceded 2+ goals
in 5/8. I think at the very worst
Sevilla will score at least 2 goals here.
|H2H as I wrote early is very strong for this bet, 9 of the last 10 games have seen at least 3 goals between these teams. If we look at the latest league matches at Sevilla: 3-2, 4-1 and 3-0.
6/8 Sevilla home games have also seen at least 3 goals this season. Sevilla are one of the best home teams in Spain for sure, they defeated Real Madrid and Barcelona at home already this season. Their defence isn’t so convincing though having conceded in 5/8 home games.
I expect an open match, very likely big home win for Sevilla but Espanyol can also scored, they have some good attackers. Something like 3-1 is what I predict.

Partizan vs Augsburg
|Partizan surprised in the previous round,
especially since the team was losing at
one point and managed to revert the score
and defeat AZ Alkmaar away from home
with 2:1 result. Dutch side had more of the
ball possession, but the Serbs looked
concrete in attack and dangerous as well,
however the hosts took the lead in 48th
via dos Santos Souza. Serbs didn’t give
up and had some great counter attacks
which resulted in their victory thanks to
goal from Oumarou in 65th and
Zivkovic in 89th minute.
|That left the Dutch side without further reply, as they once again showed problems in the defense and too much of vulnerability. With this three pointer in their hands, Partizan now stands second at the table with nine points, three more than their tonight’s opponents from Germany and will progress into the next stage in case they keep the advantage from the first leg between these two sides which was won by Partizan with 3:1 score. This means that the home side has every chance to feel quite confident regarding the progress to the knockout stage, but at the same time surely can’t afford to enter the game careless. As for the domestic league, just when they recovered two victories and it looked like the things are going in the better direction, they suffered 0:2 defeat at home against Vojvodina. They do have problems in domestic matches and league, but there is no doubt that their all attention is now with this clash. Defenders Balazic and Ostojic are the ones who won’t be playing here for sure, but both already more of a long term absentees.Augsburg, on the other side, did exactly opposite to Partizan in the previous round, since the German team lost their lead against Bilbao during the game and finally suffered 2:3 defeat at home, despite leading with a 2:1 result till last seven minutes of the game. Such a result puts them in a difficult situation as they now must attack here and search for a two goal (1:3 results or bigger) or bigger difference victory.
After opening goal from Spaniards, Trochkowski in 41st and Bobadilla in 59th minute brought Augsburg into the lead, but defensive errors and passive behavior cost them too much in the last part of the game, when the Spaniards took all three points thanks to goals in 83rd and 86th minute, both scored by Aduriz. As for Bundesliga, improvement is obvious, but they will still need some more time to be in a completely safe zone, as they come from a 1:0 narrow victory away to Koln. Currently they are at play-out position with just a point less than safely placed sides – however with two victories and a draw in last three rounds. German side will be without few players, such as suspended central midfielder Dominik Kohr (15/0), right midfielder Alexander Esswein (15/3) and injured central defender Ragnar Klavan (15/0). Striker Bobadilla is questionable, while midfielder Tobias Werner (8/0) and defender Jeong-Ho Hong (8/0) are both more of a long term absentees.
No matter which players the German side fields, there is no doubt that they will be going for a victory here and try to beat the odds and progress further. Partizan, on the other side, is too unstable at the back and very vulnerable – however, with some more than decent offensive skills, especially when given enough space via counter attacks. This way or another, the game should easy end with three or more goals.

In the home side we got an augsburg team that is really bad in the Bundesliga, but that get an huge win against Stuttgart by 0-4 in the last weakend.
Today they will try to aprocah the qualification with a home win, but Bilbao is the hardest opponent in this group and they need to have carefull with the counter attacks by Bilbao and their fast players like Aduriz.
In their 4 matches in this competition, 3 of them had 3 or more goals.
Globally, in Augsburg’s last 10 matches, 7 of them had more than 2.5 goals.
So this will be my pick in this match. I believe that Augsburg will force the early goal, but Bilbao is a dangerous team and can create many problems to the German formation.
Over 2.5 seems good to me!

Fredrikstad vs Baerum
|Fredrikstad host Bærum in an encounter
of Norwegian first division. Hosts Fredrikstad
still have at least a mathematical chance
of reaching promotion play-offs,
whereas Bærum find themselves struggling
in the relegation battle with five games
remaining for both sides. The common
nominator for these two teams seems to
be goals – and abundance of them to
be precise. Fredrikstad have seen at
least three goals scored in five of their
last six league matches, while each of
Bærum’s seven league games has
produced at least three goals.
|The last encounter between these teams ended in Fredrikstad’s 3-2 away victory.
I expect the teams to keep on producing goals like they have done lately. Fredrikstad are surely the favourites, and they will most likely come into this game with attacking mindset, because a draw would hardly help their promotion play-off chances at all. However, I can’t rule out the chance of Bærum scoring too, because they are fighting off relegation and desperately need points. The weather in Fredrikstad will most likely be dry and relatively warm for an October night, so the circumstances are excellent for an entertaining match. My pick is over 2.5 goals

PSV vs Manchester Utd
|Possible line-up PSV : Zoet, Willems, Marin,
Bruma, Arias, Guardado, Hendrix, Propper,
Lestienne, Jong, Narsingh
Florian Jozefsoon is injured, Jetro Willems
recovered and ready to start the match.
Possible line-up Manchester Utd :
De Gea, Darmian, Smalling, Blind,
Shaw, Schneiderlin, Schweinsteiger,
Mata, Hererra, Depay, Fellaini.
Phil Jones is injured, Wayne Rooney
doubtful, but not likely to play.
|PSV have not lost in the league this season and will entertain United high on confidence after thrashing Cambuur 6-0 at the weekend. In front line Jong and Narsingh have played very well together and Philip Cocu could recall Jetro Willems back to the starting fold for the first time this season. PSV’s regular left-back wasn’t risked in their 6-0 win away to Cambuur but could come in here.
Manchester United, meanwhile, also will arrive with confidence as they beaten arch rivals Liverpool 3-1. Louis van Gaal isn’t likely to risk Wayne Rooney, with the striker still hampered by injury. Other than that, Van Gaal may recall Morgan Schneiderlin to the starting fold at the expense of either Michael Carrick or Bastian Schweinsteiger.
The two sides have not met since 2000, when United ran out 3-1 winners. Teams met in 2004, but in Vodafone Cup and also then Manchester took margin victory. Two confident teams with arrivals being favourites, i expect 0-1 for hosts and United getting their 3 points.

Reims vs Marseille
|Reims have made an excellent start in
their first game of the season by
defeating Bordeaux and they were
not afraid to come out on the attack
to create goalscoring chances.
However, there are still lots of
games to be played and they will
have to find consistency in their
performances. Conte (0/0 d),
Diego (0/0 m) and
Fortes (0/0 f) will miss out.
|Marseille have made a disastrous start in their opening game of the new season in Ligue 1. In fact, they suffered a surprising home defeat against Caen (0-1) and their defence was often left exposed. Manager Marcelo Bielsa announced his resignation in his post match conference and assistant coach Franck Passi will be the caretaker boss for the club’s next few games. Manquillo (0/0 d), Diaby (0/0 m) and Barrada (1/0 m) will miss out.Last season, Reims suffered a humiliating defeat at home against Marseille (0-5) and they will definitely look to make amends in this game. Marseille have been playing ultra attacking football under Bielsa and it is unlikely that they will change their style so soon under the interim coach Passi. Besides, they need to win as their main objective is to secure a spot in european competition. With Reims holding the home advantage, they will also come out to attack and I reckon this match might be a high scoring clash. The last two games between these two teams ended 2-2 and 0-5.|
