Maritimo vs Moreirense
|Maritimo not lose from 5 matches in row,
where at home they are unbeaten from
7 matches in row. They have pretty good
results against strongest teams.
Today Maritimo will be without suspended
midfielder E. Şen (15/0) and I have no info
about their 1st goalkeeper Gottardi (16/0).
|Maritimo was called: Wellington, Charles, Maurício, Deyvison, Zainadine, Luís Martins, Alex Soares, Dyego Sousa, Ghazaryan, Éber Bessa, Edgar Costa, Jean Cléber, Djoussé, Raul, Fransergio, Xavier, Brito and Patrick.
Maritimo at home: 5/2/2 – 13:8
Moreirense last match draw 1:1 against Feirense, where Feirense should win, becouse they miss penalty kick and then they played with 10 men on field. Today Moreirense coming here without midfielders Chico Geraldes (15/1), Neto (13/0), Alan Schons (11/0) and defenders Jander (11/0), Marcelo Oliveira (8/1).
Moreirense was called: Taborda, Makaridze, Sagna, Diego Galo, André Micael, Diego Ivo, Tiago Almeida, Rebocho, Cauê, Fernando Alexandre, Tiago Morgado, Nildo, Dramé, Sougou, Ary Papel, Alex, Wallyson, Roberto, Boateng and Ramirez
Moreirense away from home: 3/0/7 – 9:18

Reading vs QPR
|Reading was pretty lucky to walk away
with a 3:2 victory on the road against
Bristol City on previous Monday evening.
Looking at the chances created and
seriousness of it, the game was pretty
much balanced one, but the players
of Reading have dominated the game
so much more regarding the ball
possession and it’s control.
|Abraham brought the home team into double lead with goals in 27th and 47th minute (second one was from the penalty kick), while the visitors finally responded in 72nd minute via Kelly. Kermorgant scored two goals late into the match to completely revert the scoreline and secure their third victory in Championship in a row. The team now has fourty-six points earned which puts them on third position, just six points below second placed Newcastle and six points above seventh placed Derby. They have also suffered 4:0 defeat on the road on Saturday evening in FA Cup game against Manchester United using a bit rotated squad.
They won’t be able to count at central defender Paul McShane (22/2), plus midfielder Stephen Quinn (7/0) and forwards Deniss Rakels (2/0) and Callum Harriott (12/1).
QPR, on the other side, comes from a 2:1 home victory over Ipswich in the most recent Championship game played and similar to Reading, they were also lucky to celebrate the three pointer. They were the ones who took the lead in 30th minute via Sylla, while the players of Ipswich leveled up the result at the start of the second halftime via Lawrence.
Players of QPR weren’t that better actually, but were more decisive in last ten minutes, scoring a goal in 83rd minute via Wszolek. After this three pointer, QPR stands now at seventeenth position with five points more than relegating placed Blackburn and already far away from play-off positions (eleven points less than sixth placed Sheffield Wednesday). They were also excluded from the FA Cup competition last weekend, suffering 1:2 defeat at home against Blackburn using a bit rotated squad as well.
Offensive midfielder Tjaronn Chery (22/4) won’t be playing here, while injured remain central defender Steven Caulker (13/2) and left back Jack Robinson (4/0).
Reading have won 9 of their last 11 matches (Championship).
Reading is more quality side in my eyes and surely with more of individual quality in their roster. QPR is in some kind of rebuild of their squad at the moment and the home tea should be able to prevail here easy or hard.

Halifax vs Chorley
|Halifax Town – Chorley (National League North)
After losing their last game against bottom
|Chorley have been solid away from home, with three straight wins in a row (6-5-1 | 15-7). To be fair, I think the bookies are very generous here, as the line should be on +0, maybe even -0.25. Chorley has the tightest defense in the league, while Halifax is really struggling to take their chances at the moment.
This should be a tight game, and it won’t be easy for Chorley, but I expect them to come out of this game with at least a draw.

Osasuna vs Valencia
|Osasuna didn’t have much of luck in their
previous LaLiga game, now almost three
weeks ago, when the team visited
Deportivo La Coruna and stood
defeated 2:0. The game itself was a
bit more balanced than what the final
result shows, but the players of Deportivo
looked more decisive when having ball
possession and surely did celebrated
the victory completely deservedly.
|After league duties, team played Copa del Rey match against Granada and managed to progress further with a 2:0 home victory (2:1 on aggregate), but suffered heavy 0:3 home defeat against Eibar in the first leg of 1/8 finals few days ago, probably ending their Cup campaign for this season. Osasuna remains at the rock bottom position in LaLiga, having only seven points collected so far, which is five less than safely laced Valencia and that’s what makes this game so important for them.
Home team should be playing in 4-4-2 formation with Riera and Leon as strikers. Right full back Oier is back after serving suspension. Petar Vasiljevic was named a coach after second sacking this season and their lineup remains somehow unpredictable now. The team however continues to miss right back Javier Flano (2/0), central defender Miguel Flano (12/1) and midfielders Didier Digard (3/0) and Jaime Romero (9/0). Left back Fuentes and midfielders De las Cuevas, Fran Merida and Fausto are all doubtful due to different health problems.Valencia, on the other side, finished the previous year with a 3:2 defeat away to Real Sociedad, staying without any point for this match deservedly needs to be said, as the home team looked even better than what the final result showed in the end.
Players of Sociedad had much more of the ball possession and controlled the match fro the first minute, making players of Valencia to search for their chances only via counter attacks and with much more passive role than what was supposed to be. Home team took the lead already in second minute with a goal from Willian Jose, as the same player doubled up their lead in 24th. Valencia replied from a penalty kick in 36th via Parejo, while Vela missed penalty for the home team earlier in second to make their lives easier.
Guests stood playing with a man less in 82nd when Cancelo got red card, with both teams scoring once again towards the end of the match, hosts via Juanmi in first minute of additional time and Valencia just moments later via Bakkali. Similar to Osausna, Valencia managed to overcame Leganes in Cope del Rey, but suffered heavy 1:4 home defeat against Celta few days ago and probably ended their Cope del Rey path, surely being anyway much more interested in LaLiga.
Visitors from Valencia will be playing in 4-3-3 formation with Nani and Rodrigo as wingers, plus Munir probably as central striker. Right back and sometimes right midfielder Joao Cancelo (15/0) is missing due suspension, while injured remains Ezequiel Garay, central defender (8/1). Out with African Cup of Nations duty is central defender Aymen Adbennour (7/0). Eliaquim Mangala and Aderllan Santos should be forced to play as central defenders. Left back Jose Gaya and central defender Aderlan Santos are doubtful.
Osasuna have lost their last six matches in Spanish top-flight and I don’t see them improving that easily. Valencia is without a victory in last four matches, but the team still has much more individual quality at least in comparison to the home team. One way or another, I see chances for the away victory well above 50%.
